The Del Ray House & Garden Tour is the largest fundraiser of the Del Ray Citizens Association (DRCA), and all proceeds stay in Del Ray to support our community. This year’s tour proceeds will benefit the Friends of Duncan Library and The Scholarship Fund of Alexandria.

 

On Saturday May 11, 2024 from 11am - 5pm, the self-guided walking tour, held rain or shine, will feature 11 homes and gardens across the Del Ray neighborhood. Homes will range from accessory dwelling units, new construction and homes that are over 100 years old. This will be the first tour after a long pause due to the pandemic in 2020 and 2022 and this year marks the 25th anniversary of the very first Del Ray House & Garden Tour.

 

Most importantly, the tour is made possible by the spirit and generosity of our homeowners and volunteer docents.  Docents assist in the homes on the tour to greet visitors, check tickets, and manage traffic flow.
