105 E Howell Avenue

This is NOT a duplex!  Built in 1900, 105 East Howell was originally a stand-alone Victorian.  The attached home was added in 1984 but by whom (or why) remains a mystery.  The current owners toured the Victorian on a Sunday after returning from their honeymoon in 2014, “fell in love," had dinner, and put in an offer.

Gracious living spaces are a hallmark here and family treasures - antiques, art, and silver, etc. - reflecting Southern roots and a 20 year naval career are showcased throughout.

Between 2015-2016 the owners updated all three bathrooms, enclosed the laundry room and added built in bookshelves in an upstairs office. The back deck and pergola were done in 2019 to add outdoor rooms and the addition of a large screen TV makes it a gathering place for football fans in the fall.

The kitchen, renovated in 2020, is perfectly suited for a couple who loves to cook together - whether getting ready for a formal dinner party, weekday meals or wine and cheese with friends.
