302 E Del Ray

The newest house on the tour, 302 E Del Ray was built in 2022 in the colonial style.  The owners note “we designed every inch ourselves . . . it was incredibly time-consuming, incredibly enjoyable, and is incredibly fulfilling to this day.”  The build took 20 months from lot purchase to move-in day.

Notice the tall/wide front door, arched openings, farmhouse sink, large semi-circular banquette, butler’s pantry/bar with kegerator, heated screened porch, and an explosion of wall paper. Designed for large gatherings and hosting family friends with multiple children, the lower level offers a family/game room, nautical themed bunk room, guest room, exercise room, and full bath.  Bedrooms fill the second floor and the third floor boasts his and her offices.

One repeated design on all floors (and almost all rooms) is the profusion of ‘reading nooks’ - particularly designed with kids in mind for curling up with the printed word whether it be classics or comic books.  Mom and Dad have their own private space in the balcony off the master bedroom, and the ensuite coffee bar.
