25 West Wyatt Avenue

Front and side porches welcome you to this newly reimagined and expanded home by Windmill Hill Design Build, LLC. Originally built in 1930 during Del Ray’s early growth as a streetcar suburb, the home reflects the simple charm and craftsmanship of the neighborhood’s earliest farmhouse-style residences. Today, its mature trees and established setting continue to ground the home in that history while framing its next chapter.

The thoughtfully designed floor plan, by local architect Steve Kulinkski, balances open gathering spaces with the needs of everyday living. The main level features a dedicated office, dining room, and mudroom, along with a carefully considered kitchen and family room that connects to the back porch—offering indoor comfort and outdoor living.

Throughout the home, deliberately crafted details elevate the design while honoring its roots. Custom millwork and marble accents introduce a sense of timeless craftsmanship, while art-forward wallpaper and distinctive lighting selections bring personality, creativity, and a modern point of view. Brass accents and historic paint colors add depth and warmth, creating spaces that feel both refined and inviting. The space is furnished by Scene Staging.

This renovation embraces the spirit of the original farmhouse, the result is a home that feels layered, intentional, and deeply connected to both its history and its place in Del Ray today.
